CONTEXT & JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the Windows Unit, composed of 5 people, you will be in charge of providing support to users concerning:

  • Windows System,
  • Software,
  • Multimedia,
  • Hardware.

EXPECTED PROFILE

  • Technical diploma in computer science. (Short academic/technical degree ((BTS, DUT, DEUG, Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung…) worth 120 ECTS).
  • Knowledge of :
    • Microsoft technologies (workstations)
    • Windows 10/11
    • Video conferencing tools
    • PC hardware and printers
  • Sufficient English to work with non-French speaking users

WORKING CONDITIONS

Temporary contract of 11 months.

The salary will be calculated on the basis of relevant qualifications and professional experience.
